Tirana Free Walking Tour - Feeling the Communism

The Tour will start from the main Square of Tirana. We will start with the attractions and institutions at the main square. Most of the time will be spent around the castle of Tirana, to get a better understanding of the long Ottoman period in Albania. After, we will have a detailed explanation of Communism time while having a look on its remains, like the bunkers and spying zones. We will also see the main institutions of Albania, mostly designed by Italians before and during WW2. While reaching the Great Park of Tirana, we will understand better the nature, climate and natural resources that Albania has always offered. The end of the tour will be around the Ex-Dictator Villa, where we will see a little bit of the Albanian Luxury zone.
