Javier was very animated, knowledgeable and had a great sense of humour. Although it was extremely hot in Madrid during the tour, Javier kept finding shady spot to help reduce heat for us all. He gave many great recommendations about places to eat, etc… to tour participants. He did speak a little quickly at times to cover all the information. I was able to follow, but so members of the tour group might have been struggling especially if English was their second language. Otherwise, great, informative tour!

Die Tour mit Gabriel war sensationell. Er hat uns auf interessante unterhaltsame Weise tolle Orte gezeigt und viel Wissen vermittelt in perfektem Deutsch, gut strukturiert und sehr motiviert. Man sieht die Stadt nun mit anderen Augen! Jederzeit empfehlenswert!

This was an entertaining and informative tour. Javier’s use of humour and theatrics enhanced the tour and we loved his historical trivia. He was a fabulous guide for our introduction to the history of Madrid. Would highly recommend this tour.

The tour with Miguel was very entertaining, fun and we saw many places around the centre. Miguel was very open to any questions and he gave us many information about the history of Madrid, but also Spain. Very good spent time in Madrid!

I have been living in Madrid for a long time and decided it was time for me to learn about the city! I wasn't sure I'd learn anything new, but I was really surprised. There are so many fun stories and insights on history. J.P. was an engaging tour guide, and he tells a great story. He was also very conscious of people's comfort level and how hot it was. I've already told all my friends why Bocadillos de Calamares are a Madrid tradition!
