Crypts and catacombs of Antigua Guatemala.
Tour description
Specific tour of high level and impact
Our meeting point is the cathedral atrium. Look for our orange shirt and umbrella.
Starting with a visit to the cathedral crypts and the attraction of seeing the tomb of Pedro de Alvarado, the conqueror of Central America.
A general description of Antigua and the Town Hall.
From the cathedral, we'll walk to the Sanctuary of San Francisco el Grande, learning about the traditions and miracles of Brother Pedro, a local figure. It's one of the city's largest buildings and home to its most visited tomb.
After the Franciscan center, we'll walk to the Santo Domingo neighborhood. Its crypts and tombs are exceptional, and the history of the place is truly fascinating.
It's not just a walk, it's a real historical experience of modern-day Antigua.
An exceptional tour led by a guide specializing in historical heritage interpretation.
Tickets to the Cathedral are $3 and to Santo Domingo are $7. Keep this in mind, otherwise the tour won't have the desired impact.
We'll be waiting for you.
