The meeting point for the start of the tour is in front of the Arco Marchesale which leads to the ancient village. For those arriving from the train station, the point is a five-minute walk away. For those arriving in the city by car, it is advisable to park near the railway station.

Paolo was a great tour guide. He initially told us the tour was in Italian and we do not understand Italian. He said he would attempt an English speaking tour with us. Well, his English was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He did a great job. I am sure his tours are great in Italian however, I would definitely recommend him as an English speaking guide as well!

Even though the tour language was supposed to be in Italian, only non-Italians came, and Paolo tried very hard to do the tour in English, even though he's not fluent, he still gave a wonderful tour of the town.
