Tour description

Welcome to the land of ice and fire.

We will have a pleasant walk through the city , a tour full of curiosities and with stops at important points.

I hope that with this walk through the city you will learn more about Iceland and how we live here. Most of all I want you to have fun.

Also during the tour you will be able to try 2 typical Icelandic products... it's a surprise so I won't tell you what it is.

We will meet in Harpa, I am carrying an Icelandic flag. The point is the main entrance to Harpa. Outside the building.

We will see how Harpa changes its colors according to the weather, We will see the port and we will also talk about the traveler in the sun (A great steel ship). From here we walk through the city, passing through Arnarholl and the Austurvóllur square. We will go to Tjornin lake to explain how it freezes in winter and see all the birds that live there.
We take the path through the government building until we reach Laugavegur, the main street of Reykjavík where the main shops of the city are located and continue along Skólavörðustígur to the most famous church in Reykjavík, Hallgrímskirkja, our last stop!
