Tour description

Come and discover Tlaquepaque, a magical town full of colors, and live music throughout the town.
We will start
the tour in Calle Independencia and Niños Héroes where the module for tourism and the giant letters that announce this magical town of Tlaquepaque are located.

We will walk towards the center while admiring the beautiful farms, and their color , these farms were once haciendas, huge houses, which have now been converted into craft shops and restaurants, thus turning this town into a tourist spot. We will reach the garden, where there are many snacks sold by local people.
We will enter the parían, place of the mariachi and traditional foods of the town. We can also enter the market where we can look, buy, and enjoy those typical food smells of the town.
We will continue touring around the parían admiring its temples , and without leaving behind what was once the El Refugio hospital, now a place dedicated to art and folklore.
We will also visit the cultural center of crafts , where we can participate and practice the creation of clay figures, and the process will be explained to us.
We will continue our tour of Juares street where we will visit more places of local interest such as shops, restaurants, places to photograph, buy typical clothes, etc. along with all my advice and recommendations for you to enjoy your stay.
We will end our tour where we started. They will love it!

Additional Information:
Bring enough batteries for your cameras.
He also announced that at the beginning of the tour there are lockers where they can store things that they do not want to carry during the tour, totally free.
I wait for you!

This is a great way to get to see Tlaquepaque. The tour is at a very relaxing pace with lots of time to stop and check out various things. Antonio also provided some fantastic recommendations for food which was much appreciated.

Antonio was on time, dressed as described (so he was easy to find) and took us on a good route around Tlaquepaque. The others in the tour were very friendly and easy to hang out with while we walked the city. Antonio explained sites, recommended restaurants / shops, and let us stop for water and bathroom breaks and answered our questions. Only suggestion is maybe having better pacing during the tour and having a clear itenerary and end point. Otherwise it was a great introduction to Tlaquepaque and we met nice people!

Antonio was friendly and responded immediately to all our requests, providing several links to nearby parking that we needed. We had tried a couple days earlier to find and explore Tlaquepaque on our own and were unsuccessful, so we really appreciated having Antonio with us to guide us and provide interesting historical and cultural context. Thanks so much, Antonio!
