Tour description
We will visit Zanzibar Stone Town, an archipelago of two main islands Unguja and Pemba with small islands scattered throughout them.
The Stone Town of Zanzibar located on the east coast of Africa has been over the centuries meeting place for cultures from all over the world, was one of the Swahili city-states which declined in the 14th century for the arrival of the Portuguese.
During the free walking tour, we will be visiting Old Fort, Old Custom, Forodhan Park Darajani Market, and Old slave market in Stone Town.
The tour is based on the history of the city and the island itself.
