Do you want to discover Antwerp like a local?
Hey, I'm Nikita, a local from Antwerp. I live right in the heart of the seamen's district. With this tour, I want to share the rich history of Antwerp with you through the eyes of a local.
On this unique free walking tour, I’ll invite you to look at all the little details Antwerp has to offer. From Het Steen to the MAS, you’ll wander through hidden alleys, along ancient city walls, and visit places where stories and legends still live.
Although I'm not a historian, I'm very passionate about all the legends and events that took place here. Antwerp is still a very cultural hub, and I can tell you a lot about the things you can do here as a tourist.

What will we see on this tour?

You’ll find me next to the building of the Waterbus under the tree. (the second picture) It's right across thet two lions on the bridge.

This iconic fountain and square hold the tale of the giant Antigoon, whose defeat gave Antwerp its name. It’s the perfect spot to hear how the city’s history shaped its future.
