Nurbubu was an amazing guide! The tour was great and we visited lots of really interesting places. Lots of information about Kyrgyzstan history as well as some bits about culture.

Our tour guide was very amazing and it was a perfect walking tour to start my time in the city.

We enjoyed our tour in Bishkek, learning about Kyrgyz culture and history. The tour passed through lots of interesting monuments and statues in the city centre, ending at the stunning Mosque. Would definitely recommend!

Sehr angenehme Tour, gut zum Einstieg in die Stadt. Nicht zu viele Infos, aber man bekommt einen Eindruck von der Stadt und dem Land.

Begaiym was super adorable! She speak very fluent English, very sweet girl, knowledgeable with history and tons of insight. Due to last minute no show, there were just 2 of us for the tour, so we really get to enjoy and asked bunch of other questions of local and Kyrgyz history!! She contacted before tour, and still respond and help me with my trip later via WhatsApp! i now got a friend locally!! Been on so many tour in the past, this is definitely on top of my very few recommendation list!!!

Would recommend going on this walking tour to give you a good understanding of the city, country and culture. We even tried a local drink along the way, and gave us recommendations for Bishkek and beyond.

Nurbubu was an excellent guide, taking us through the streets of Bishkek, learnt so much about the history and all the statues. She also went out of her way to share with us some local sweets which was very kind! Would definitely recommend if you’re in Bishkek!

Meder was an excellent guide. He explained the history of Kyrgyzstan really well, and was able to tell us how this history has shaped modern day Kyrgyzstan. I would recommend this tour to anyone coming to Bishkek.

I found myself in Bishkek unexpectedly, so knew nothing about the city. Our guide did a great job on filling in the specific history, within a wide context of different ideologies. He answered everyone's questions, made every site meaningful. His English was sophisticated, he could make good jokes too. Highly recommended.

I enjoyed the tour with Meder. He explained the life of Kyrgyz people on a deep level. He made interesting connections between the nomad Kyrgyz life, religion and modern life and also the differences between the capitalism and (soviet) communism. He is an interesting person. I recommend the tour if you really want to get some new perspectives and things to think about. If you are just looking for historical facts, the museum might be better.
