I had an amazing experience on this walking tour with Woody. He is a passionate and professional guide who truly knows how to make the tour engaging and enjoyable. The tour was well-organized and covered all the important highlights of Chiang Mai Old City, including Wat Inthakhin, Wat Phan Tao, Wat Chedi Luang, and Wat Phra Singh. Woody explained everything in a very clear and interesting way, making it easy to understand the history, culture, and Buddhist traditions. What I loved most was the balance between temples and local life. Walking through small streets and finishing at the street food market was a perfect ending. If you are visiting Chiang Mai for the first time, this tour is a must-do. Highly recommended!

Lovely way to start the morning. Knowledgable, friendly , and funny guide. Answered all of our questions and taught us so much about the history of Chiang Mai and Buddhism. Even stopped for shakes and Thai tea in the middle. Would definitely recommend

This was one of the best walking tours I’ve joined! Woody is a fantastic guide — very friendly, funny, and easy to understand. We visited beautiful temples like Wat Chedi Luang and Wat Phra Singh, and I really enjoyed learning about Thai culture and Buddhism in a simple way. The highlight was ending at the street food market — such a great local experience! Highly recommend this tour for anyone visiting Chiang Mai for the first time.

Pom was fantastic at explaining everything and giving a great background of both Thai history and Thai Buddhism

I ended up as the only person doing the tour and John did not dissapoint. In fact it became a scooter food tour since he decided to drive me around the places. From the food stalls to the local fresh market where I even bought fruits myself it was such a good way to spend as a local around. Highly recommended !

We had the best time on this tour! Amy was a wonderful guide. We learned so much from her about Thai food and Thai culture. Amy took us to 3 markets and we had the most delicious food. We tried a variety of things from noodle curry to duck to pork leg to mangosteen, and of course, mango sticky rice. She picked out things I wouldn’t have known to try which is exactly what I wanted to happen on this tour. We walked a fair amount which was nice after eating a lot, so make sure to wear your walking shoes. This was one of my favorite food tours ever. I highly recommend that you sign up for it!
