I am truly in love with my city. This passion led me to explore Puebla through the eyes of an anthropologist and sociologist, culminating in my PhD research on the vibrant street food of the Historic Center. Beyond the library, I bring a sensory perspective as a certified Sommelier with extensive restaurant experience. I also have the privilege of working in media, where I share and celebrate the rich intangible heritage of Puebla.
