Today’s tour with David was brilliant! As a true local who grew up in Oxford, he gave us fascinating insights into the city and how it has changed over time. One of the highlights was getting a glimpse inside a college – something that not every tourist gets to experience. We really enjoyed David’s enthusiastic and engaging style – if only our former teachers had been like him! We discovered so many great hidden gems and spots we would have otherwise missed. It was a perfect mix of historical facts, personal stories, and up-to-date recommendations. And to top it all off, there was a lovely surprise at the end. We’ve done walking tours in many major cities, but David truly stands out as one of the best guides we’ve ever had! 😊 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
It was really amazing! Despite he had a few cancellation last minute and it was only my remaining, he was waiting there for us and proceded with the tour as normal. Oxford local who is passionate about showing other his lovely city. I really recommend him as best local guide
David is a very knowledgeable & entertaining guide. He was able to give us interesting and detailed information of the sites around the Oxford town centre with lots of historical context also. Thanks very much! Great tour.
David is very knowledgeable about his home town. Nice that it was a small group- all our questions were answered. We were encouraged to ask questions. A bonus was that it was graduation day, and lots of students walking around with their gowns on. Lots of interesting historical facts.
David does smaller groups and we ended up having a private tour around the city. You can tell he loves oxford and wants to share it with visitors. Very interesting information and getting to know the college lifestyle. Thank you for everything!
