Honestly this is the best tour i’ve ever had! Lisa was exceptional. Brilliant knowledge, really friendly and a great tour pace (we are always nervous tours will be too slow). She took lots of pictures and even made us a video! I would 100% recommend Lisa, especially as theres so many guides to choose from. You’ll have a great day with her.

I had an amazing tour in Hanoi’s Old Quarter and it truly exceeded my expectations. We explored the lively narrow streets, visited beautiful temples, and even stopped at the old railway station. The highlight was standing right by the tracks as the train passed – an unforgettable and thrilling moment. Traveling through the neighborhood by train gave me a unique perspective of the city. The whole experience was incredibly interesting, beautiful, and full of authentic local atmosphere. Absolutely recommended.

Julia is such an entertaining, enthusiastic and engaging tour guide and she really knows her stuff. She added a bit of humour to everything and brought the group together, asking questions as well as sharing knowledge, so I would strongly recommend a tour with Julia!

A 5 star morning - highly recommended for our first day in Hanoi

The guide was a lovely lady with loads of info to share about Hanoi. We had a small group of only 4 people and took our time to wander around the lake, wander in old quarter and visit the market. Second half of the tour especially towards to end time is heavily concentrated towards making to train street on time (which makes sense as train times are fixed). We had to almost run to the train street in the end and missed one sight from the advertised itinerary. The guide offered to take us to it later though. Just a suggestion but probably it could be better to start the tour with visiting the train street and then proceed with other stuff as that way all stress could be spared for the guide as well, so she doesn't have to check the time all the time.
