Great guide, kind, takes good pictures but his english is hard to understand

El templo de Pashupatinath es uno de los lugares más increíbles que he visitado en mi vida y con la guía y las explicaciones de Sujan es aún mejor. Explica todo de forma clara y didáctica. Quedé encantado con la compañía de Sujan, su sapiencia y el lugar os va a encantar. Os recomiendo encarecidamente esta actividad con Sujan. Gracias por todo Sujan. A very informative and immersive tour! I'm grateful to have been guided by someone with lots of knowledge and experience with what we were seeing. Sure, you can go tour yourself but I would've been completely lost and confused without Kapil's guidance. Great experience!

Wonderful tour. Yadab is a PhD in the making and he knows a lot. The vibe was good, the stories were good. Definately stands out amongst other tours as it gives so deep understanding about tantric culture and the religion around it. Highly recommended!

A very calm and knowledgeable guide. This tour was truly special. I went on three tours, and this one became my favorite. It felt so unusual in the best way, definitely a unique experience. The guide knew all the small details of the ceremony and chose great spots so everything was clearly visible, which made a big difference.

Yadab is a very knowledgeable and professional guide with a deep understanding of the country’s history and traditions. Being a university professor really adds depth to the experience. I especially loved the part about tantric matriarchal traditions. It was fascinating and I truly felt immersed in the culture and religion. Yadab was flexible, showed us some extra spots, and happily answered all our questions. His great sense of humor made the tour very engaging. The ending with tea and a small reflection was such a warm and meaningful touch. Highly recommend!

The heritage walk with Mr. Yadab, and it was one of the most fascinating experiences I had in Kathmandu. I already have some knowledge about Tantra, but there are always deeper layers and questions to understand—and Mr. Yadab was excellent at explaining them with clarity, depth, and respect. He went far beyond the common misunderstandings of Tantra and gave real historical, symbolic, and spiritual context. He answered all of our questions in a very thoughtful way, especially about the temple carvings, their hidden meanings, the symbolism of Kal Bhairav, and the carvings often connected to the Kama Sutra. He explained how these images were never just decorative, but carried teachings about life, energy, protection, fertility, and the sacred feminine. From the many goddesses to the tantric symbols throughout the city, it made me realize how little most of us truly know about ancient traditions and how much depth has been lost over time. One of the most impressive parts of the walk was visiting the place connected to historical human sacrifice rituals, and hearing the context behind it rather than just sensational stories. Mr. Yadab explained these darker parts of history in a balanced and educational way, helping us understand the beliefs and social realities of those times. He also connected everything beautifully with the wider histories of Hinduism and Buddhism in Kathmandu, making the walk much more than sightseeing. If you want a guide who can answer deep questions and reveal the hidden meanings behind Kathmandu’s temples, symbols, and stories, Mr. Yadab is outstanding. Highly recommended.

The walk with Yadab was one of the best I've done thus far - he's deeply knowledgable and passionate about the topic, his English is impeccable, has has a lovely sense of humour and is full of anecdotes. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed our tour with Ganesh! Ganesh is a great storyteller - we learned about each step of the cremation process, symbolic representations of carvings on the temples, and Hindu and Buddhist practices in Nepal.
