Free walking tours in Potosi

Very enthusiastic, good English speaking guide. Who showed us around the highlights of Potosi. She told a lot about the history of Potosi. With a surprise visit to painter Carlos Cornejo, very enthusiastic artist who showed us around his gallery, played some piano for us! When we arrived the hotel, she helped us with booking tickets for the bus to Tupiza! Very very helpful and friendly!

He was an excellent tour guide. He was funny, informative and, friendly. He was very passionate about his city and provided us witb lots of information. The only constructive feedback I could give of a tour full of lots of information is that sometimes it is good to show people a little less of everything and explore more somethings indepth. I just found that we were trying to cover too much ground in a three hour tour. I still think it was a tour worth taking. We learned a lot about Potosi. I just felt a little rushed.

Again it was not Julio, who did the tour, it was the lady who works at the Kola tour company, where the tour starts in Potosí. She took us to interesting streets, and had good information.

Miriam was a great guide to see Potosi, not just for the history and important places, but also for the real life in the city. We saw the witchcraft market, food markets and we tried locks icecream. She was also very patient considering we were walking slow (due to the hight). Super recommended to visit the city and learn about it with her.

Julio really made the experience, he is charismatic and entertaining. We really enjoyed how it was a social tour, we got to speak to locals as well as hear information from Julio. I would highly recommend this tour for anyone who wants to understand Potosí and the people.
