Telma was a brilliant tour guide and really gave a good taster for the city. Her professionalism and knowledge of the city was evident throughout as was her passion for the job. Absolutely loved her singing also and it definitely made the tour that bit more special! She was also very conscious of other tours going on and considerate to all involved. Would highly recommend!

Joana was amazing! This was a 3-hour tour but she went 3.5 hours and stayed to give us so many tips afterward. At the end, she even walked with me and another guest to find lunch, making inquiries at two restaurants on our behalf. I’ve been going through a difficult time grieving a family member and almost stayed in my hotel all day, but I am so glad I dragged myself out for this. Nuno gave a good tour, with lots of interesting anecdotes, avoiding dull history and not afraid to deal with tough subjects, such as the Portuguese revolution, expulsion of the Jews, and much, much more. Learned a lot and enjoyed - even tried his recommendation for a bifula, the famed Portuguese sandwich and his pastry recommendation was great, too.

There was so much noise going on around us but she made sure that all of us could hear her and moved to quieter spaces when possible. She was so accommodating and was such a lovely singer! Telma gave us a deeply felt tour of her beloved home, with plenty of historical and cultural information and talk about the current problems that cities like Lisbon face. Telma has an excellent singing voice and her telling of the 1974 revolution, with the two songs played on the radio to signal the event had her group spellbound.
