We are a young team that left Spain in 2009 and we are in London to create this beautiful project. At the request of our "walkers" we grew up in Paris, Dublin, Berlin, Malaga, Cordoba and Budapest, teaching these cities to thousands of Spanish speakers. We are professional guides and we are madly in love with every corner of the cities we teach.
Stroll through the same streets where Van Gogh , Renoir , Picasso and Toulouse-Lautrec lived and sought inspiration with this tour of one of the most attractive and bohemian neighborhoods in Paris.
Our guide in Spanish will show us the most interesting sites and other lesser-known corners of “ El Barrio de los Pintores ”, the name given to it by the intense activity of street artists; in addition to discovering incredible stories that, otherwise, we would not know happened there.
Our tour begins in Pigalle, near Moulin Rouge , one of the most popular cabarets in the city that gives its name to the renowned film, where we can enjoy the most romantic Paris. We will visit the Cafe de Deux Moulin , popular for the film Amelie , and in addition, our guides will be able to recommend some places where you can try delicious crepes.
We will also see the Van Gogh House , where we will learn about the artist's life, discover the relationship between the Moulin de la Galette windmill and Napoleon Bonaparte , and other curiosities about celebrities from this neighborhood.
We will talk about Le Jardin Sauvage , the last vineyard on the hill; We will visit the oldest cabaret in Paris, the Lapin Agile ; and we will head towards the imposing Place de Saint-Pierre , which served as the setting for numerous films.
We will end in this enclave, where the renowned Sacré-Coeur Basilica stands, whose construction dates back to the 19th century. This religious temple is one of the most emblematic monuments in Paris and offers a stunning panoramic view of the city from the top of the mountain.
