After meeting in front of the iconic Clock Tower in Konak Square, we will be exploring Kızlarağası Han (Inn), dazzling and vigorous streets of Kemeraltı Bazaar, stories of Dario Moreno (Turkish-Jewish singer), and more before we end up at the top of Historical Elevator (Asansör) with a beautiful view of Gulf of Izmir. You will be also learning about the history, culture, food, people of the city, and stories behind what we see.

*Optional sight visits (with only admission fee) such as Izmir Archaeological Museum, Agora of Smyrna can be included.

This was my first time in Izmir and decided to join this walking tour. It was great fun for my wife and myself. Suleyman took us to the back streets of the area and explained the culture, history, people and the buildings in detail. Apparently one couple could not make it to the meeting point but we felt like we booked a private tour with some great inclusions. It was totally worth it. Never skip this opportunity when you have time in Izmir. We didn’t only join a tour, we also made a friend in the city. Thank you Suleyman.
