Free Tour Hidden Gems of the Gothic Quarter of Barcelona
Hello travelers! Welcome to Barcelona! My name is Maya and I'm a very passionate about history and stories behind it. I worked in giant cruise ships for many years just to discover the world and travelled to so many countries. After travelling different continents I worked as a back streets food tour guide and still working as a history and city guide to show unique cultures and spend joyful times with other wanderers. I look forward to give unlike perspective to the alleys we walk and different flavours to the stories we talk. I've been living in Barcelona for many years and this city is my love.
Tour description
Small groups only! 🙂🎨
Barcelona's old town has many hidden gems and preserved historic alleyways . While you will lose yourself in a historical and significant journey from Roman times to the Middle Ages , at the same time you will get to know the Barcelona of today and its traditions.
Our free tour reflects a unique style: Harmony of real history and significant legends. I give them my personal touch and vivid way of telling.
While I take the history and every corner very seriously, at the same time we will explore the real local culture and give you more ideas to plan your visit. This will be more than a guided walking tour :)
Our tour will start at the Barcelona Cathedral and over time traveling through the most moving narrow streets of the Gothic Quarter, it will end at 'El Born', which is the oldest but most fashionable part of the city.
