I started to take free tours in every city I visit and I think they are much better than the paid ones. The guides are great, they do the best to entertain the guests and leave the feeling that they love their city. This tour was awesome and our guide Marek gave us lots of information not only on the places we visited, but on the history, way of living, art and politic of Latvia. He has a great way of explaining the though history of country, always taking care of not hurting different nationalities. I felt the almost 2 hours of the tour gave me a sense of better understanding a country that is not well known to the most of us.

Kaspars said that if you start the day with no expectations you wouldn't be disappointed :) Actually, I am quite happy with the walking tour. The guide gave us a lot of useful information, cracked jokes on the way, answered all questions and gave us tips what to do and not to go in Riga. I would definitely recommend the tour.
