This tour is absolutely incredible! We've made a lot of walking tours during our travels and this one was one of our absolute favorites! Roger is very knowledgeable and you can feel the love he has for Coimbra and its history. Excellent itinerary and tips, and a great person overall. Highy highly recommend!

Ricardo was welcoming and knowledgeable. Unlike many other tours this was not date and history heavy, more like it says in the introduction a tour around the city by a friend. This is not to say we did not get history and historical stories. As a local and an ex student of the famous University I think we got a unique insight. Recommended.

Did the Coimbra tour with Jose. It was very interesting, informative and he gave lots of good advice. We all really enjoyed the tour which helped us orientate for the rest of our visit. Would recommend.

Roger was one of the best guru guides I have ever had and I have been on over a dozen tours. He was enthusiastic, entertaining, and you could tell he really loved his job. I learned a lot about the history of Coimbra. His restaurant recommendations were excellent; gelato at Cosi was superb! If you come to Coimbra, Roger is your man!

Ricardo was friendly and well informed. He was very flexible and when making our plans. He adapted the tour to my needs as I had injured my knee a few days earlier. He was funny and pleasant to spend time with during the whole tour. A great guy!
