Essential Free walking tours of Hanoi

I was surprised by how much I learned and enjoyed the tour. Mint was clear and knowledgeable. I really enjoyed getting to know him and the other two people in the group. Mint was able to convey so much information that helped me get to know Vietnam on a deeper level. I hope other people will take this tour and have Mint as their guide.

Huyen exceeded my expectations. She started by asking what aspects we’d like her to focus on. That was helpful to direct the tour. Huyen knows a lot about Vietnam’s history and cultural traditions and how people live today. I learned and saw so much!

Anna was our guide. She was quick witted and and kept us engaged and entertained with questions and answers and quizzes. I liked the pacing and was helpful in taking pictures for us. We sat together for coffee after to chat and bid cheery farewell to all. She also gave alot of good recommendations after the tour via links through WhatsApp. Great tour and resources!

We had an excellent guided tour of the centre of Hanoi, lead by Mint. He quickly gauged the interests of the group, and interacted well by asking questions of the group, and sharing his own experiences as a Vietnamese National. We learned a lot of history, geography, politics and religion, and came away knowing we had spent a really good afternoon in his company.
