Huyen’s enthusiasm and professionalism was great. I would recommend to the tour to those who have no prior knowledge of Vietnamese history and culture as the information shared was fairly surface level. I didn’t feel like the sites visited gave a huge insight into Hanoi’s history, which is what we were really looking for.

Huyen was an exceptional tour guide!! In a small group she kept us totally engaged and the tour flew past - we were totally invested even in the heat and her energy was infectious. She was super funny and we really enjoyed her delivery of the tour and her unique sense of humour. Had an amazing walking tour in Hanoi with Melody as our guide and I can't recommend it enough! We visited several fantastic spots around the city, and she made every stop engaging. What really stood out was the coffee chat at the end where she encouraged us to ask as many questions as we wanted. Nothing felt rushed and she had an answer for everything. Melody is young, full of energy, and brings such a refreshing vibe to the whole experience. She clearly loves what she does. Book it and you won't regret it!🩷

Mint was superb and extremely knowledgeable. His English was great too. We’ve learnt an awful lot about Vietnam’s history and current affairs. Note: if you opt for the afternoon tour, you won’t be able to enter the mausoleum due to its opening hours. This isn’t made clear on the website.

Chris was an amazing guide, the tour was very personable and engaging, using his previous experiences and travels to comunicate to group in a way we understand was astounding, he covered food, history, religion and was able to answer all the questions we could throw at him!

Good walkthrough and overview of Hanoi's old quarter, with visits to really interesting places. Topped off with a fantastic list of recommendations of places to eat and shop. Overall highly recommended
