William is good guide. Knowledgeable about city, history and politics of the Vietnam. He has fantastic English accent compared to other vietnamese. He can be more interactive in his narration, add more punchlines to make it more connecting. Overall awesome experience signing up for the tour as always.

Melody was a great tour guide.. She has a good command of the historical and cultural background for the places we visited. The route takes you to the major sites in the city. It’s a good introduction to the area if you’re a first time visitor. We are a family of four and we were the only ones on this tour. It was easy to book online and they will communicate with you via WhatsApp. We had to reschedule due to jet lag and they were very accommodating. We had a great experience with Melody. She was very friendly and personable. Our daughters, 12 and 14, got on with her very well and thought she was amazing. She’s passionate about what she does and she does it with a smile. We highly recommend this small group tour and especially with Melody.

Hans was kind, informative, and very knowledgeable. He explained things in a clear and easy to understand manner, and knew the answers to all of our questions. He showed us around very interesting parts of the Hanoi Old Quarter, explained the history, and demonstrated all of it within the theme of the 5 elements of Vietnam. Couldn’t recommend more!!

Really nice and warm tour with Melody’s professional introduction to the old city of Ha Noi. Tried the best Vietnamese sandwich and experienced local residents lifestyle. Also took super nice pictures.

Melody's Guru Walk in Hanoi is excellent. She knows the history inside and out, patient with all the questions, and the route hits great spots. She went above and beyond to make us comfortable and was easy to talk to. Super kind. Highly recommend!

An excellent tour guide. Very knowledgeable and accommodating.

The other member of our group did not attend so I ended up having a private tour with Chris. It was easily the best walking tour I've been on the whole trip. He's a really interesting and knowledgeable dude and I had a great experience. It felt a lot more authentic and conversational than most walking tours especially exploring the various markets. I would absolutely recommend.

Ling was amazing. We got equal parts history and Hanoi through a locals eyes. With local delicacies and family member visits. We were really shown Vietnamese hospitality. We also loved all the recommendations she gave for after.

Hannah was great. She is from Hanoi which makes it so important to meet a local and ask all the questions. She had lots of knowledge about folklore history and culture. Highly recommend she also told us a great place to have lunch after foods , it was amazing thankyou for that local food

Julio es un gran guía , nos ha explicado muchas cosas. Dado información histórica relevante de forma amena y fácil de entender, mezclado con leyendas y curiosidades. Habla un español perfecto que es de agradecer, Al final nos ha dado un montón de consejos y sitios útiles para comer , tomar café, etc. Repetiríamos seguro. Un 10 para Julio.

Hicimos un free tour de unas 2 horas y media por Hanói y fue una experiencia fantástica. Mike fue un guía excelente: sabía muchísimo sobre la historia y la cultura de la ciudad y explicó todo de una forma muy amena e interesante. Durante el recorrido visitamos varios lugares emblemáticos de Hanói y aprendimos mucho sobre la ciudad y sobre Vietnam. Sin duda, un tour y un guía totalmente recomendable para conocer Hanói.
