Varsha was such a lovely guide! Even though we were late and it was raining heavily, we all had a good time together! Dharavi is definitely a place everyone should visit- it is important to not be ignorant about who produces the things we own and where. We left the tour being thankful for what we got to see and thoughtful how privileged we are to only dive into the tour's world for 2 hours and then going back into one's life.

Ali's walking tour was a great introduction to South Mumbai's local lifestyle. It was a mix of history, stories, and little experiences. The extension of the walking tour offered was the highlight, so we ended up spending half a day together - well worth it!

Very good tour! I would recommend. I would advise to be proactive in preparing/thinking of questions to ask as Ali was a very good guide and when I asked different questions I was interested in, I got very interesting answers and I ended up learning a lot. He is friendly and knowledge and the information I learnt was in a conversational manner. I was the only one on the tour but this didn't matter much as Ali was a good tour guide and host.

The tour with Ali was very interesting. He showed me around, we stopped for Chai and he told me lots about indian culture and some facts about the history. He was always open for questions and very friendly.

We took a walking tour in Dharavi with Balaji, who was very knowledgeable and friendly. He showed us the different aspects of life in Dharavi. We visited the recycling area, the pottery village, the residential area etc. The tour was very eye-opening and informative, and we saw places we would never see otherwise. The tour duration was about 1 hour 15 minutes. Overall, we liked the tour very much and would recommend it to anyone who wants to learn more about Dharavi!
