¡Una experiencia impecable en Coímbra! El tour con Fer ha sido sencillamente espectacular. Explicó la historia de la Universidad, el casco histórico y cada rincón de la ciudad de una forma amena, cercana y superinteresante. Además, la ruta cuesta abajo hace que el recorrido de 2 horas sea comodísimo de realizar. Nos descubrió secretos locales que de otra forma nos habríamos perdido. ¡Fer es un guía de 10, totalmente recomendable si visitas Coímbra!

Joao led us on the must sees of Coimbra including little gems not on every tour over more than 3 hours. The walk through the giant bamboo garden was totally unexpected as an example. His knowledge of the history and university life added to his storytelling, mixing the old and modern history of Coimbra with the students of today and their use of the facilities as he is a graduate of the university and lives locally. He pointed out restaurants, patisseries and shops with local products to try while in Coimbra. All in all one of the best walking tours we have been on for those who are able to conquer the steps, hills and cobblestones, in the heat for us all managed at a good pace and very professionally by Joao. We would thoroughly recommend booking Joao for a walking tour, especially if you are interested in the history of the city and in seeing parts less frequented.

Roger is an excellent tour guide, his enthusiasm and knowledge carries you along from location to location. We were lucky enough to be the only people on our tour (and it is to Roger's credit that he didn't cancel). We really enjoyed the tour even if we were stunned by the heat of the day and amount of information we absorbed :) Thoroughly recommended!

Great tour guide around Coimbra. His knowledge of the city is fantastic and he is passionate about his city. He has lots of anecdotes and stories about lots of different things to do with the city, the attractions, and the history.

Roger was very entertaining and knowledgeable. I have participated in many, many free walking tours and this one is one of the best. That means a lot as I have (except in one instance) loved all of them. His knowledge about the history of Portugal and specifically Coimbra is very impressive.
