David was responsive when we messaged him before the tour. He was very welcoming. He was able to explain the spots very well and gave us some tips on where else we could go. He was also very patient in answering our questions.

This was one of the best tours we´ve ever had. We were a small group, which helped us a lot to keep the attention, David made the tour very informative and quite interactive, which help us understand better (we are still working on our english). Also he is form Oxford so he shared with us his passion for the city and his secrets . Now we want to come back for another tour! Thanks David

My tour with David was wonderfully informative and fun. David is a warm friendly native of Oxford who has a deep knowledge of the city and university. Due to cancellation of the other participants, I was the only person on the tour, but David was willing to conduct the tour with just me!

David is a true Oxion with complete knowledge of the place and great local in sights .

David is an awesome guide and a lovely person. However, in the tour he references many British people and uses some technical words that I (as a non native english speaker) found difficult to catch. I would recommend this tour to people from UK but not really to people from other countries unless they have some background in British history.

David was a wonderful guide. Due to bad weather, others in the group cancelled the last minute but David still met me and gave me a private tour. I can tell he was very passionate about Oxford, his home town and wanted to tell everyone about it!

This is my second Guru Walk with David. When I Met him on September it was so good that I told him I would come back with my parents. This is what I did. And in this second time again he was incredibly generous with his knowledge but also his kindness to answer to all the questions and patience because we had to translate to my parents in Spanish. I would definitely recommend a walk with him because you will feel closer to what the actual life in Oxford is like. And it would be like walking with the a very good friend.
