Nearly 700,000 people lost their lives in Verdun. The surrounding forests have grown and hide the craters of war. It is estimated that there are currently about 12 million unexploded shells.
On this tour I want to show you the corners that still leave you breathless after more than a century. History, its landscapes today undulated by the incessant fall of projectiles that lived for more than ten years.
