Sang never showed up. Instead there was a guide by name of Nath who took us to Hanoi Old Quarter. Then at 09.28 we received a WA message from Minh Anh ( we assumed who replaced Sang) who informed us that his/her motorbike broke down and will be at the meeting point 10 minutes later. Any way, the tour with Nath was a good one, we enjoyed it.

Hai and his tour were absolutely fantastic. My girlfriend and I enjoyed all the interesting historical facts, perspectives, and the places and stories behind them. He brought a booklet with photos of maps and places and more to help animate and bring history to life which was a great addition. His deep knowledge also complimented this as he was able to tailor the tour and the information around topics that I expressed interest in and asked more about. Hai's english was also very good, we didn't have any issues understanding each other. Lastly, Hai had a great sense of humour and was an absolute pleasure to get to know throughout the tour. I would give him more than 5/5 it it were possible! An incredible tour. Very highly recommend!
