For Early Bird Bites: Noodles, Coffee, Markets & Hidden History Walking Tour
Tour description
Start your day like a true Saigonese local.
Good morning, Vietnam!
Yes, this tour starts early — but trust me, it’s worth it.
We’ll begin with my go-to breakfast : handmade noodles and dumplings, or a hearty beef stew from a decades-old street stall. No tourists, just real flavor.
Then it’s into the wet market — a buzzing, slightly chaotic maze where Saigon truly comes alive. We’ll try tropical fruits, chat with friendly (and loud) vendors, and soak up the energy of the city as it wakes up.
Next, we’ll take a slow break with a proper Vietnamese coffee — strong, sweet, and made to linger over — in a local café that feels more like someone’s living room.
From there, we’ll explore secret alleys, forgotten temples, and a historic Communist-era apartment block, layered with stories from wartime and beyond. These are places most people walk past without ever noticing.
I used to lead tours for big companies, following scripts and managing crowds. Now, I just do it my way — small group, slow pace, no filter. If you’re after something real, a little messy, and a lot more personal, this is for you.
You can talk to me, ask anything, or just enjoy the walk in peace. I’m here either way.
No big buses, no matching hats — just good food, honest stories, and a local friend to walk with.
Thank you and looking forward to meeting you and connecting with you.
