Explore the majestic exterior of the Würzburg Residence Palace and its enchanting gardens on a fascinating, approximately 60-minute walking tour. You'll learn why it was designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Admire the interior of the Residence's Baroque-Rococo chapel, where you'll appreciate the masterful use of color and marvel at paintings by the great master Tiepolo. Learn about the history of the building, its Versailles-inspired Baroque architecture, the stories of its owners, and interesting facts about the underground wine cellar. We'll conclude the tour by returning to the palace's imposing main façade.
