I moved to Barcelona from the U.S. two years ago. Prior to that, I had visited Barcelona seven different times while on vacation. I knew that there was so much more to Barcelona than what I had experienced on short vacations and I understood that I had only scratched the surface. But, I had seen enough to convince me that this is where I wanted to live. Once I became a resident I began to discover the many different sides of this magnificent city that most vacationers never get to see. I enjoy sharing my discoveries with others.
Coming to Barcelona for an extended period or simply passing through? Let us show you the Barcelona few visitors rarely see. We won’t go to Las Ramblas, The Sagrada Familia or the Picasso Museum, although, if you prefer, we can also show you those sites. We would prefer to show you the many places we residents like to go to for entertainment. The best tapas bars, the best wine bars, the best live music venues, etc. We can also show you the adventurous side of Barcelona. Paragliding, half-day sails on the Med, kayaking, mountain hikes and nude beaches. Nude beaches? Yes, they can also be an adventure! Try it and see for yourself.
Plaza Catalunya across the street from the Aerobus stop near Corte Ingles. Salt and pepper beard and khaki baseball cap.
Free tours do not have a set price, instead, each person gives the guru at the end of the tour the amount that he or she considers appropriate (these usually range from €10 to $50 depending on satisfaction with the tour).
