Alles war perfekt mit Elias. Die Verkostung von dem "Donaut" war sehr überraschend und mega lecker. Leider am Montag die Tour gebucht, da waren alle Geschäfte zu. Ich wäre gerne in einer der Gewürzläden gegangen.

I had a lovely tour with Sanet! She shows you details with fascinating histories you would never guess. I liked her command of the facts and how she connected them back to the different places we passed. She has a very pleasant tone and a wonderful way of telling stories.

Marianne is very professional in handling tourists, foreign in Cape Town, therefore we were not only welcomed as her first greeting but also given us a tip as to how to avoid bad persons while touring the lovely city. Born and raised in South Africa, she is familiar with not just the places that are part of her itinerary but also the entire South Africa, therefore we were able to asked many questions not directly related to the tour stops and she's able to answer each of them giving us a better understanding of who is South Africa as a whole and not just Cape Town.

What a wonderful and fabulous tour guide Marianne is! I absolutely loved the tour with her and highly recommend booking her. Such a warm and bubbly human and incredibly knowledgeable. Very kind in sharing additional info and suggestions on places to visit including local eateries! I will certainly be booking in with Marianne when I visit again. We need more Marianne's in the world! :)

Nathan was an excellent guide! He provided detailed and interesting information about the history of the people, places, important events, architecture, and geography in Cape Town's history. He has a wealth of knowledge and shares it easily. He encourages questions and responds in detail to each one. He took us inside several sites to explain the wares, spices, and foods of various ethnic groups. Finally, at the end of our tour, he gave us Koeksisters so we could "taste the culture!" A delightful and delectable end to our almost 3 hr tour! Following the official tour, he accompanied me and my husband to view the Minstrel parade, when we indicated an interest, as well as to show us the oldest wine vine stock in S Africa! This was one of the best walking tours we have ever had snd we've had many good ones! Thanks, Nathan for making this visit to Cape Town very special!

We had an amazing tour in Bo-Kaap with our guide Marianne. She gave us lots of different and interesting insights and background about South Africa and Cape Town. We definitely recommend doing the tour with her. Also, we’d recommend doing it as early as possible during your stay because she hands out a lovely little booklet with so many tips on things to see, where to eat and what to do - we highly appreciate it.

Really great tour, Marianne isn't part of a company or anything, she's just a very knowledgeable local with tons of facts and experience. Her attention is exceptional and she will cover any aspect of the tour and beyond. I'd highly recommend this tour for anyone visiting or even a local.

The best kind of walk. Taught me things and made me realise that things I thought I knew are not necessarily true. Makes me want to learn more. Humbling to hear about the struggle and sacrifices to combat an inhyst system.

Marianne Was very professional and on time we loved how she got to know each one of us and also Taylor part of the experience towards each person’s needs. We really enjoyed this tour, it was amazing to see a whole different side too Cape Town but not just the art but also understand the struggle that many local go through with gentrification. Sheldon was very well knowledge about the artwork artists and how long each piece had been therefore as well as the meanings behind them. One thing I must also say that Sheldon also allowed us to stop to grab a drink from a local store as well as helping us find toilets some people would feel unsafe going to these areas but it truly is very safe and Sheldon is very well known within the community as many people who are playing on the streets or parking up their cars Held waved to him and said hello and happy New YearSheldon truly knows Woodstock/salt river
