Gus gave us the best tour of Pamplona, full of historical facts & information we would of missed otherwise. He pointed out so many points of interest & the best tapas bar in town. Thanks Gus we really enjoyed our time with you.

It was highly informative, fun and practical! I learnt so much from Gus and highly recommend this tour to anyone who is in Pamplona! And a bonus having a go at basque ball - that was epic! Thank you for being so generous with your knowledge.

The tour with Gus (Gustavo) was amazing. Even if he’s not native from Pamplona, he became a local and shared his experiences with us. We visited the cities as “normal”on free walking tour (monuments etc.) but we also had the chance to enter a couple of buildings that should be paying because of the good timing we arrived there (and because he knows how things work here 😏). Gus shared some pictures of the tour and gave us some tips about where to eat after it. At the end we also tried to play Pelota, the basque ball game, with Gus as a teacher: it was amazing! The tour lasted 3 hours but it never became annoying or tiring. Super experience! One of the best tour done in Europe.

Best things to do and see in Pamplona

Pamplona is the capital of Navarre, a regional community located in the north-east of Spain that borders the Pyrenees and borders other regions such as Aragón, La Rioja and the Basque Country. We can not talk about Pamplona and not mention the San Fermin festival (Sanfermines). An annual event that welcomes tourists from around the world between July 6 and 14, where the bullfights fill the streets of the city with color. In addition, another emblematic place that stands out above the rest is the Ciudadela Park.

The capital of Navarre has essential places to visit if you do not want to miss the essence of the city. For this, you can do a free walking tour in Pamplona in Spanish in the morning or in the afternoon with a local guide who will show you firsthand the historic center (Old Town) where buildings such as the Town Hall and the Town Hall are located, the Plaza del Castillo, the Cathedral of Navarre, the Church of San Saturno, the Chapel of San Fermín, the General Archive, the Fort of San Cristóbal or other places such as El Planetario and Yamaguchi Park.

All free tours in Pamplona have opinions and ratings from travelers who have already done those tours that will help you learn more about these guided tours.
